James Robertson has over 30 years’ experience consulting at the executive level with regard to the development and implementation of Strategic Plans and the strategic application and troubleshooting of large business computer software systems.
James has Bachelors and Doctoral degrees in Engineering and was a Regimental Commander in part-time forces.
His strategic planning methods take account of both his Engineering and Military disciplines to give a highly effective analysis and planning method that is fast-paced, lean, agile, and easy to understand and which produces plans that are easy to implement. He also provides advisory and project management services with regard to plan implementation.
His methods are applicable to large corporations and also valuable for small business right down to the level of the solopreneur.
